D’banj has been announced as the new brand ambassador ffor SLOT Nigeria.

He signed the papers today and made everything official.

No official announcement or press release has been made concerning the new endorsement deal.

SLOT Nigeria is a popular mobile phone, and electronic gadget retail outfit that has continued to garner patronage over the past few years.

 

Davido Gets Verified On Instagram.

Few hours after dropping his newest single, ‘Dodo’, the HKN boss, Davido has been verified by the administrators of photo sharing social media network, Instagram.

The verification is coming one month after Davido emerged the first Nigerian celeb to get 1million followers on Instagram.

Other Nigerian celebs who have however earlier been verified are Don Jazzy, D’banj, Tiwa Savage and Genevieve Nnaji.

2015 FORBES LIST OF HIGHEST PAID RAP ACTS

Forbes has released it’s list of highest earning rappers for 2015 and Nicki Minaj once again is the only woman on the list.

This clearly places Nicki as the Queen of rap as she emerges 9th position with $21 million from touring and endorsements.

Beating Jay Z and Drake for the top spot, Rapper Sean ‘P.Diddy’ Combs is leading with an estimated $60 million made between June 2014 and June 2015 , from investments outside of music, such as his TV network Revolt and Ciroc vodka. Jay Z is in second place with an estimated $56 million from business ventures in music, sports and lifestyle. Forbes also states that his 22 shows with wife, Beyoncé, helped boost his earnings too.
